Spider-Man 2002 is an American superhero film directed by Sam Raimi. It is the first installment in the Spider-Man trilogy and stars Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker, a high school student living in New York City who turns to crimefighting after developing spider-like super powers.

Filming locations for Tobey Maguire’s 2002 Spiderman was filmed in and around New York. One of the most recognizable locations featured in the film was the Flatiron Building on 175 Fifth Avenue; used as the Daily Bugle.
