Road House is a 1989 American action thriller film directed by Rowdy Herrington and starring Patrick Swayze. The screenplay was written by David Peoples, who also wrote the screenplay for Blade Runner.

It’s a story about a bouncer at a bar in Jasper, Missouri, who defends the bar against local criminals.
