Found it!
The finale, was filmed in Swindon, The Ridge Bar and Grill at…Swindon.
The MoviePlex has since become Cinemworld.

That movieplex has been a Cineworld for a very long time, the movieplex sign was the only thing that threw me off when I recognised the area. I’m assuming there was some legal/licensing oddity that made it easier for them to just show a different sign in the final episode

The bar at the very end ‘inside’ the ridge is actually still in Scotland on the outer Hebrides. It’s the bar inside the Dark Island Hotel
