3600 Prospect Street Northwest, Georgetown, Washington, DC, United States (The Real-life Exorcist House) (Built in 1950 – More Info)

Based on a true story that happened in the infamous exorcist home, 3600 Prospect Avenue. Activities that occurred here inspired the release of the popular film, The Exorcist; and book written by author William Peter Blatty.

The 1973 film terrified audiences that watched it, showing how the 1949 true story of a month’s-long exorcism of a possessed 14 year old boy, happened.

The Amityville House #2

112 Ocean Avenue, Amityville, NY, United States (Built in 1925 – More Info)

Based on a true story that happened in 1975 inside the infamous Amityville home, 112 Ocean Avenue. The so-called paranormal activities that occurred there, inspired the release of The Amityville Horror book, written by author Jay Anson; and a number of films released between 1979 – 2013.

The Conjuring House #3

284 Green St, Enfield, Greater London EN3, UK

Based on a true story that happened in 1977 inside the infamous Enfield home, 284 Green St. The so-called paranormal activities that occurred there, inspired the release of This House Is Haunted book by author Guy Lyon Playfair; and soon to be released film, The Conjuring 2.

There was claims that a girl (Janet Hodgson) aged 11, was tormented by a poltergeist at this address. It is said that the paranormal activity that took place involved:

  • Levitating
  • Flying objects and;
  • Moving furniture

Grave Encounters Hospital #4

Riverview Hospital, Lougheed Highway, Coquitlam, BC, Canada (Built in 1893 by architect Unknown – More Info) (View Map)

The now closed Riverview hospital that used to facilitate mental health patients. Since it’s closure in 2012, it is not known to contain many, or, if any hauntings/poltergeist activity here. (Even though the popular Grave Encounters films we’re recorded here) It is still one hell of a scary facility to visit none-the-less.
