Rambo 4 yes, but Rambo 5 no. The ranch in Rambo 5: Last Blood is located in Bulgaria (El Paso Ranch, Kovachevtsi, Bulgaria).

I have loved all the Rambo movies and appreciated the military theme, message, etc…..but the severed head scene, cutting out the heart scene , etc were uncalled for and gratuitous in Last Blood. Very odd that Stallone felt this character needed to go that far. Definitely not a date movie.
