The most recent episode of Grand Designs see’s couple Leigh and Richard from Derbyshire take on a renovation project on an old Flour Mill that has been abandoned for over 60 years.
For over 400 years this building was grinding flour and animal feed. But for over half a decade this building has sat abandoned until Leigh and Richard both saw the potential the building had and have sold their home in Derbyshire in order to fund the renovation project and live there permanently.
